I collect basic personal information such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number.
I also collect information about your business or proposed project.
This information is collected via my website contact form, briefing questionnaires, emails and phone calls.
Why I Collect Your Information and How It’s Used
I need your name and contact details in order to discuss project plans, provide proposals, keep in touch during a project, issue invoices and provide on-going support after the initial project has been completed.
With your consent I may also use your name and email address to send email newsletters throughout the year to keep you up to date with new services and other relevant information. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
I need information about your business, event, organisation etc. in order to provide effective design services.
Who I Might Share Your Information With
I will not share your contact information with any third parties without your consent.
Third parties that I may share your information with may include other design practitioners, copywriters, photographers or printers. This would occur only with your consent and strictly as a means of completing an agreed project.
I will never share your information for any marketing purposes.
How The Information is Stored
Your information is stored digitally on the hard drive of my desktop computer, which is backed up to two external hard drives. These are all password protected and not accessible to any third parties.
If you have given your consent for me to add you to my email mailing list your name and email address will also be stored online within my Mailchimp account.
How Long It’s Stored For
I will store your information for as long as we are actively working together and for as long as I am able to provide you with useful, relevant services and information or until you request for me to remove your details.
Access to The Information, Correction and Removal/Deletion
You can request a copy of the information I hold about you by emailing email@example.com. I will provide this information within 30 days. It will be provided in a password protected PDF document which will be sent as an email attachment or download link. The password will be supplied separately, via a text message.
Please ensure that you inform me of any changes to your personal information so I can keep my records accurate and up to date.
You may ask me to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. I will do this within 30 days of receiving your request.
You may ask me to delete your information entirely at any time. I will do this within 30 days of receiving your request.
